Terms and Conditions

1. General:

1.1. All references to “we” and “us” in the following terms and conditions refer to Graff-City™ operating from www.graff-city.com

1.2. You must be aged 16 years or over to purchase any Aerosol Paint products. By placing an order for such products you confirm you are at least 16 years old.

1.3. You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase any Cutter/Knife products. By placing an order for such products you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

1.4. All items for sale are brand new unless otherwise stated.

1.5. Dispatch of items

1.5.1. Royal Mail: We endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, except during weekends and UK bank holidays. However on most weekdays, items will be despatched the same day if cleared payment is received before 1600 hrs. This is also dependant on all items for an order being in stock.

1.5.2. Courier: Items for which cleared payment is received before 1600 hrs will normally be dispatched the same day. This is also dependant on all items for an order being in stock. Delivery takes 1 -2 working days. The courier rates apply to the UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
For postal rates to any part of the UK not covered, or if you have a specific delivery request, pleasecontact us, as other services are available.

1.5.3. VAT is included in all prices where relevant. A VAT receipt can be issued upon request. VAT registration number: 924 8086 08

1.6. Product Colours: It is possible that the actual colour of a product may differ slightly from the colour shown in the product listing.

2. Payment:

2.1. We accept UK postal orders, UK cheques, UK currency, all forms of PayPal payments and Nochex. We will wait until payments are cleared, where relevant, before issuing items. Please note that, in our experience, PayPal eCheques normally take 10 days to clear.

2.2. Payments should be made within 14 working days from the purchase date. If you are not using PayPal as your payment method, please include with your payment, the description and colour of item(s), (if applicable).

2.3. Important information for non-UK Buyers:

2.3.1. Non-UK buyers should pay via PayPal, Nochex or Moneygram, (see moneygram.com for more information), for their purchases. However, if an alternative payment method is desired, then we may be able to accommodate you, but, you MUST contact us BEFORE sending the payment, as not all other non-UK payment methods are acceptable.

3. Items out of stock:

3.1. If the buyer places an order and that order contains out of stock items, one email will be sent to the buyer’s email address to request alternatives.

3.2. In the case of Aerosol Spray Paint, if the buyer has not responded with an indication of their alternatives within 24 hrs of being sent the email referred to in 3.1 above, then the closest colour match will be despatched.

3.3. If the buyer is not happy with the closest colour match referred to in 3.2, then they can opt to return the item(s) in question in accordance with section 4.1 below.

4. Returns

4.1. Contract Cancellation: If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, this contract cancellation does not apply to DVD’s where the outermost seal/wrapping has been broken and does not apply to Magazines

4.1.1. If you wish to return item(s) under the terms of 4.1 above, then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken, and, in the case of clothing, with all original tags and labels attached. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 14 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt, (see 4.2 below).

4.2. Wrong/Damaged items:

4.2.1. Wrong item(s): If we send a wrong item or items to the buyer, then they can be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. We will refund the postage costs associated with the return of the item(s). The buyer must contact us with details of the item(s) received BEFORE returning the items to us. Any items to be returned to us must comply with the item condition description given in 4.1.1 above.

4.2.2. Damaged item(s): We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. Pleasecontact us BEFORE returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item(s), then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us before we issue replacements.

5. Proof of Posting/Postal issues:

5.1. A proof of posting is obtained for all packages sent.

5.2. For packages deemed lost in the Royal Mail postal system, we will be happy, on behalf of our customers, to complete the relevant forms for the Royal Mail investigation into the loss. Please note, however, these investigations can take a considerable time to be completed. 6. Graff-City™ Points - Reward System:

6.1. The loyalty system may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Graff-City™ points are not transferable to a third party.

6.3. Graff-City™ points can only be used for purchases at http://www.graff-city.com/

6.4. 1 Graff-City™ point is earned for each full £1 of purchases, i.e. if you spend £1.99 you earn 1 Graff-City™ point.

6.5. Graff-City™ points can not be earned from the postage and packaging part of your order.

6.6. If your Graff-City™ points balance is zero, you cannot use the points generated by an order for a discount on the same order.

8. "Free Stuff":

8.1. Only 1 free item per order can be issued

8.2. Free items will not be sent with orders unless it is added to the cart.

8.3. Pictures are for representation only, actual free items sent may differ slightly.

8.4. Free postage offers are valid for the United Kingdom only.
