PINTY PLUS TECH - FORGE PAINT

This is a matt Epoxy paint designed for the decoration and protection of metallic surfaces.

It provides a thick, tough finish which produces an ”antique iron” effect. It is a quick drying formulation with very good adherence on metallic materials.

Two-in-one primer and coating offering resistance to abrasion and excellent durability in outdoor conditions.

• Railings
• Post boxes
• Exterior lamps
• Iron-gates
• Gardening stands and more.

Technical characteristics:

Spreading: 400ml = 1 m2
Dry: surface dry 15 minutes, total 24 hours.
Repainted: after 30 minutes

How to apply:

1.    Please ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free of any contaminants before application. Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute.

2.    Spray from a distance of 25-30 cm, applying thin and quick layers, first horizontally and then vertically. It is advisable to spray two thin layers instead of one thick layer in order to obtain uniform coverage and avoid paint runs.

3.    Once the operation is completed reverse the can and push the nozzle until only gas comes out in order to avoid blockage of the nozzle. Do not use on devices connected to the power grid and apply in ventilated areas.

Tips:

On plastic or galvanised steel apply a specific primer to ensure perfect adhesion.

If used on painted surfaces that are well adhered, then please lightly sand before applying. If the paint is flaking or bubbled, remove it before applying. We recommend using the Greenox paint stripper.
